[6.7.0] - Release Notes

In this version, the passive liveness engine has been updated to the latest version. Maintenance and bug fixes have also been carried out.

• Updated liveness engine to latest version.
• Rest-Api service Docker from Ubuntu 18.04 LTS to 22.04 LTS.
